① Made-to-Measure Service

If your measurements don't match our size chart, try our Made-to-Measure service: for a small charge, we alter the pattern to your body and include a fitting alteration for a perfect fit.

② How to Fill In the Form

Fill in every field, in inches or metric. Use a period (.) for decimals — commas are not accepted. Enter 0 or NONE where a measurement doesn't apply.

Important: Unlike cotton/linen clothing, latex garments are produced 1–10 cm smaller than your entered measurements (e.g., 100 cm → 90–99 cm). For non-shrinkage sizing, contact customer support before ordering.

③ Submitting Your Measurements

Send your measurements via email or the web form on this page. Measurements are only checked after your order is placed. Please note:

1. Log into your customer account first and take a screenshot (Print Screen) before submitting — for your own records.
2. We need ALL measurements. Missing ones cannot be requested separately — we'll adjust them if plausible, otherwise your order will be pushed back.
3. Measure carefully. We'll contact you if anything looks wrong, but this causes delays. Custom items in 2XL or above include tailored fitting, but extra material will be charged via an additional invoice.
4. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged. Measurements from other tailors or latex manufacturers are not usable — everyone measures differently. Our fully trained tailors verify every measurement with our own construction software.
