Meanwhile, Rowan won’t allow herself that first morning coffee until she’s replied to the day’s earliest customer emails.

Hand‑cut for every body. Original patterns available in sizes XS‑6X, or custom‑fitted to your exact measurements — completely free of charge. We reject the myth of a one‑size‑fits‑all “average body.”
Made‑to‑order, never mass‑produced stock. Once your order lands, crafting begins. No overproduction, only the steady pulse of living, hands‑on craftsmanship.
People over assembly‑line production. Our artisans receive fair living wages, while we honour timeless European leatherworking traditions. We do far more than craft accessories; we safeguard heritage craftsmanship that risks being lost to time.

Seraphina — Lead Designer
Quietly creative and endlessly inspired, Seraphina crafts every original MORTICIAS pattern. She finds beauty in dark, delicate details and designs pieces that embrace bold, authentic self‑expression. At home, she lives with two unique cats: one ginger, one black.
Rowan — Operations & Support Lead
Sharp, reliable, and detail‑obsessed, Rowan oversees shop operations, finances, and customer experience. She keeps the entire workshop running smoothly, ensuring every order is carefully tracked and cared for.
Morticia — Media Specialist
Morticia builds MORTICIAS’ online presence across all social platforms. She curates our dark aesthetic content, develops brand strategies, and connects our handcrafted leather pieces with alternative style lovers worldwide.
Kian, Jax & Rhys — Master Artisans
Our skilled craftsmen transform premium leather into precise, durable harnesses, belts, and collars. Every cut and stitch is completed with traditional leatherworking techniques.
Seraphina’s mother (also Seraphina!) handles all global packaging and shipping, sending finished pieces to every corner of the world.
